I have been remotely installing multivariate coherence designs on several computers. We are using the Optima 4+ amplifier.
Today I had two installations that did not work both on lenovo laptops. The design installed and would load properly but the signals and was inconsistent and/or nonexistent. Not error messages found. Have you heard of others having issues on lenovo machines?

I have no experience with lenovo laptops.
My belief is that a BioEra design should work on any laptop, we just need more details about what exactly fails. |

Turns out it was not a software or hardware issue. I had assumed that a nfb provider would get electrode connection done right. I was wrong. Working fine now. |
