|
Jarek,
I have installed the multivariate coherence on a bunch of computers with no problems at all. Today there was an issue with the video player, It is set up in a separate frame and usually moved to an external display. Works well except for today. when the video was moved over to the secondary screen it froze. Moved back to the main screen and it played again. I updated the display drivers and installed the latest version of K-Lite codec but the problem persisted. This was running on a laptop. Changing the external screen to be the primary screen worked solve the issue. But there are times that setup does not work for other programs she uses.
This provider has two identical computers and the issue occurs on both of them, I am afraid it is an issue with her computer hardware and drivers. Have you ever heard of this being a problem for other users? Do yo have any idea what I might try to resolve the issue?
Thanks George |

This is probably related to the graphics driver (probably nothing to do with the k-lite codecs). Switching between screens can activate parts of the video driver which it is not handling well. Just a thought, not something I have any idea how to fix. |

thanks
I was pretty sure that it was a hardware issue. I will make note of the setup and suggest that others use a different laptop |
