A design with advanced funtionality may need more processing power. A better processor (like I5) would be definitely a plus in such case. More memory (4GB RAM) is also a good idea.

It might be good to have an option to return the tablet. Tablets can be slower than desktops or even laptops, so maybe try to compare some "CPU benchmarks" for the processor you have in mind and select one which is faster on a single thread, like here: https://www.cpubenchmark.net/singleThread.html or https://www.cpubenchmark.net/midlow_range_cpus.html
