Is there any way to mark the place of event markers or as u call it the annotations on signal that is showing in oscilloscope? i mean something like a vertical line or a text on the signal?

I don't think this is possible with Oscilloscope, or at least not easy. It wasn't designed for viewing annotated files. It is designed to only show real time signals.
To view static files with annotations you can use the ReportGraph, like demonstrated in the SessionReport example design.
