Every time I attempt to open the BioEra program, it shows a screen with my name next to 'licensed to' and then the program crashes with an error code saying 'invalid exit code 1'. uninstalling and reinstalling the program has not solved the issue, and I have disabled every possible program that could interfere with the software. The debugging software has also found the issue, stating the problem occurs in the frame C [MSVCR71.dll+0x10440].
jarek Joined: Oct 22, 2007 Posts: 960	Posted: May 19, 2022 2:29 PM    Post subject: This error code 1 isn't generated in BioEra, it is a general Windows error, so I can't tell what is happening without trying it directly. If you provide your installer, I can try it here.
