I have a design on my laptop that records data as edf and xls. It works fine on my laptop. When I installed it on a clients laptop the recordings in both xls and edf formats are not at all accurate. It looks like a file full of artifact, I tried reinstalling on the other computer but the issue persisted. When recordin on the compureer the raw signal is pristine but playing back the edf results are bad.

This is probably something wrong with the design. Can't tell without seeing a snippet with a demonstration of the problem.
