One of the dongles I ordered is missing the FULL version of Bioera -- it only has the updates. Where do I send it back for a refund please?

The full installer version on any recent dongle is the same. If one of them has it, you can copy it over to the one that doesn't have it.

jarek Joined: Oct 22, 2007 Posts: 1095	Posted: May 27, 2026 1:37 PM    Post subject: We check the spam folder, your emails have not arrived, are you sending to this address: http://bioera.net/email.html Insert both dongles in 2 usb sockets, then open Windows Explorer, find out the disks (like E: or D:) which were created for those flash drives. And then Copy the fullXXX.exe and Paste (or drag) onto the other.
